Red Katara is an Oud-Patchouli fragrance that will get you compliments and praise. The fragrance opens on a spice note with saffron and cinnamon, settles with a heart of rose and suede, and lingers with base notes of oud and patchouli.

Oakcha's Oud Collection is immersed in the fragrance note of Oud, found only in luxury perfumes. The Oud fragrance note smells earthy and animalic at first then dries down into a woody and slightly sweet fragrance. Grown over hundreds of years, Oud is extracted from a dark aromatic resin that grows on Aquilaria trees found in Southeast Asia, which can cost up to $30,000 per kg.     Smells like baby powder

    Just like another reviewer here, I agree that Red Katara smells very similar to baby powder. I actually like the smell and think it's perfect if your wanting to smell clean and gentle. I received this fragrance as a free gift from Oakcha, but it's something that I would consider purchasing.

    Seductive!!!

    This smells delicious, sexy and unreal. Anyway that is what happened to me once I hit that first spray. This is not for those who don't want attention. It is very seductive!!! I will be ordering another soon for backup!

    Very polarizing fragrance

    For the most part I like this fragrance it's unisex but leans a little feminine. I can see if somebody dislikes this fragrance. It's very powerful and striking amd can be a little harsh if over sprayed. The amber stands out a lot in this fragrance. So if you don't like the smell of red amber stay away. If I would have smelled it before I bought it I probably wouldn't have bought it but it gives my collection a nice variety.

    Sultry and delicious!

    I was reading some of the reviews and some mentioned baby powder. While it is a soft scent, it has an undertone of sexy. Reminds me of walking into a head-shop, heady with incense smoke. I agree that it is intense, but this a plus for me as I love a bold scent!
