Vanilla Vacay

I opened the gorgeous packaging, sprayed it on my wrists, and was immediately hit with an overwhelmingly loud scent that projected all around me. I was hoping the dry-down would become softer, but it never did.

Within minutes, I washed my hands and wrists, yet the fragrance still lingered. I eventually had to take a full shower just to get the smell off. That's how overpowering it was.

This is why I dislike blind-buying fragrances online. Returns are a hassle, and I feel like I wasted my money. I will try to find someone to give this fragrance to.

I also didn't detect even the slightest hint of vanilla. I honestly couldn't identify any of the advertised notes. To my nose, it was simply loud, chaotic, and nauseating.

I truly don't understand all the glowing reviews. I can't imagine purchasing this again. For me, this fragrance is a definite no, no, no.

It honestly makes me wonder how some fragrances receive such glowing reviews.
