Kissed Glow

Kissed Glow is BEAUTIFUL!!! I never thought I’d like a pistachio based parfum because it sounded gimmicky and like an overhyped trend, but I have it a chance after researching the fragrance, reading reviews, and watching review video’s. I bought it, I sprayed it on my pulse points, and was captivated by the pistachio almond opening (I was hesitant because I didn’t want to “not like it.” As it began to bloom, I smelled the heart notes of Jasmine and heliotrope that seemed to give it this sweet, luxurious, floral that was hypnotizing. After about 30 minutes, I smelled this salted caramel note that seemed to sweeten all the notes into an olfactory blend that I couldn’t stop smelling. But then that sandalwood came through and just commanded all the scent notes to just sit down and marinate! It grounded all the notes, and made me just sit with all the notes until we got real familiar together. My initial ambivalence and hesitation to purchase this parfum turned into gratitude that I did, and appreciation for Oakcha’s “Noses” that created this wonderment! I was so wrong to be hesitant, but I’m glad I didn’t let it stop me from this experience! Oakcha did it so classy! I smell pistachio, but the note blending doesn’t make me smell like I’m a walking pistachio. It’s soft, sweet, and sophisticated! The flowery heart notes and caramel, vanilla, salt and sandalwood base grounds it, sweetens it, but it makes me feel sweet, warm, and snuggly. I…

If you have tried and like the smell of sol de Janeiro’s ‘62, then you’re absolutely delusional if you have anything bad to say about this fragrance. “Cheap?” Ma’am… you paid $30 for a dupe OF A BODY SPRAY, Ok? Oakcha’s version is much stronger, lasts 10x as long and literally smells IDENTICAL. Absolutely irresistible. I’ve gotten asked what I’m wearing (by women) and told how good I smell (by men) randomly nearly every single day since I started wearing it. Fabulous for layering, too! My onlyyyy wish is that Oakcha would start to make more fragrances inspired by the rest of sol’s collections (mainly numbers ‘39 and ‘40)! That is all. 😍
