No, all our fragrances are original scents. We pay homage to other fragrance houses. All names are property of their respective owners and are only used for comparison purposes. Once you receive your fragrance or if you read any of our reviews, we think you will be quite impressed. Our fragrance's ingredients are sourced world-wide to create new inspired aromas that you will fall in love with!

Oakcha competes with designer brands. It does not use their fragrance is not associated in any way with the designer brands or their manufacturers. All trademarks are property of their respective owners and maintain compliance with the Federal Trade Commission's Statement of Policy Regarding Comparative Advertising.

All our bottles are Extrait de Parfum. For reference of the concentration, see below:

After shave: 1-3% Aromatic Compounds
Eau de Cologne: 2-6% Aromatic Compounds
Eau de Toilette: 5-15% Aromatic Compounds
Eau de Parfum: 10-20% Aromatic Compounds
Extrait De Parfum: 30-40% Aromatic Componds

We do things differently. To make our fragrances accessible, we've built relationships with the best manufacturers and sell directly to you. Basically, our Eau de Parfums are handcrafted with the top materials and quality craftsmanship as other luxury brands but without the traditional markups.

We currently use 30ml glass spray bottles. It's the perfect size for your gym bag, purse, car or whenever you need to freshen up!

At this time, we unfortunately cannot apply discount codes to orders after they have been placed. If you have tried to place an order with a code, the code is likely not within the promotion time window.

We are proud to be located in Toronto, Ontario! We source our ingredients from around the globe.

We are quite confident that you will enjoy your Cologne / Perfumes but if you really don't, we certainly offer a Refund on your product.

If any of our Fragrances are Out Of Stock, on the product page, there will be a "Notify Me When This Product is Back in Stock" button displayed.

Shipping & Delivery

It will take upto 2-4 business days to process your order, regardless of the shipping option selected at checkout.

We ship Monday through Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. We do NOT ship orders the same day. Please allow up to 4 business days for orders to process (for example, if you order on Monday, your order should ship out on Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday). You will receive a confirmation e-mail with the tracking link once your order ships.

We ensure you, that your product is on the way! Unfortunately, sometimes the delivery service prematurely updates their systems on certain orders.

We use a mixture of shipping carriers. To name a few we use DHL, FedEx, USPS, and Canada Post depending on your location.

United States and Canada: duties are included in the shipping fee. Taxes are applied at check-out according to the state/province of the shipping address.

Other International Shipments: There may be duties and taxes incurred on your shipment that you will be responsible for. Please note that Oakcha does not have any control over these fees and we cannot advise as to what the costs will be, as they vary by country. For more information, please contact your local customs office. Keep in mind, that we are not able to reimburse you for duties and taxes paid upon delivery.

It is the responsibility of the buyer to make sure that she or he enters the shipping address correctly. We do our best to speed up processing and shipping times, hence there is a very small time gap to cancel/change your order or to change the address of your order. If you decide to cancel your order or change your shipping address, please write to us at info@oakcha.com as soon as you place your order. We will do our best to make the change, however we cannot guarantee that we will be able to do so, as there are varying time limits in which we are able to do so.

Returns & Exchanges

By placing an order at Oakcha, you are responsible for the cost of return shipping back to Oakcha. Please refer to our return policy here for futher information on how to return your package.

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at info@oakcha.com
